Sometimes the BOSS move is choosing to wake up daily even when it’s hard to do so … ✨

Every winter day starts off as a struggle for me… Every morning I wake up feeling like I should be on antidepressants. I have Seasonal Affective Disorder.. I get winter SAD every damn year & every year I promise myself I’m going to have better tools to deal & yet every year it gets me ????‍♀️

But.. I still face my demons within.. and manage to still the negativity noise and get up and keep going…

My current tools:
– I have a cut off times for snoozing
-I have an accountability partner for my exercising who checks that I’m awake
– I remind myself it gets easier when I get going…
– I’ve set a fitness goal that I need to reach by end of August.. so can’t skip exercising

I’ve also decided I’m going to use the wall panel heaters more to keep the room warm so I don’t leave the bed and “step into a fridge”? I’m choosing to overcome the S.A.D… What challenges do you choose to face up to & overcome daily?
